With a solid background as a junior devops engineer and a devsecops engineer, Brian has honed skills in serverless workloads, container orchestration with AWS ECS, and robust security protocols in high-stakes environments.

Beginning their journey in the dynamic world of ecommerce at ReferralCandy, Brian played a crucial role in managing serverless architectures, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. This experience laid a strong foundation in cloud technologies and system automation, preparing them for the challenges ahead.

At IBM, as a DevSecOps engineer, Brian embraced the challenge of working with a defense sector client, where security was paramount. I was instrumental in developing an end-to-end pipeline with a 'shift-left' approach, integrating security measures early in the development process. This role not only sharpened their technical acumen but also cultivated a deep understanding of the critical balance between development speed and system security.
