The Cooling Singpore team was featured on Channel NewsAsia in Tomorrow City, in the 'Sun' episode of the documentary, which investigates the relationship between the sun and tomorrow's city. Researchers in Cooling Singapore tackled the issue of heat, explaining what is needed to tackle the urban heat island effect and what is needed – including more trees and shade, as well as a fundamental shift towards cleaner energy.
