Isabell Koh
Isabell Koh is a user experience and interface designer at the Future Cities Laboratory (FCL) in the Cooling Singapore 2.0 project. She has a background in mechanical engineering design and works to design a digital twin for the urban climate in Singapore to help urban planners, policy makers and researchers make better informed decisions.
Prior to this, she has helped streamline and digitalise a construction company’s operational workflow. She focuses on discovering user needs through a variety of user research methodologies and translating the insights into intuitive, efficient and delightful products and services.
